• Payment information: Billing details processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card number.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

All your data is stored exclusively on servers located in Japan, operated by Amazon Web Services in the Tokyo region. Your documents and information never leave Japan, not even for backup or processing.

This is a fundamental design decision, not a marketing claim. It is enforced at the infrastructure level.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide and improve the Hanko AI service.
• Process and analyze documents you submit.
• Send you important service notifications and updates.
• Handle billing and customer support.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your documents to train AI models without your explicit consent.

5. Who Can See Your Documents

Your documents are strictly private to your organization. No other organization using Hanko AI can access your files. Our staff may access your data only when required to resolve a technical issue you have reported, and only with your permission.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in and to understand how our service is used. We do not use advertising cookies or share cookie data with advertisers.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:
